We’ll explore the natural beauty of Costa Rica, enjoy fresh meals, practice yoga/stretch daily, go whitewater rafting, hike, tap into our circadian rhythm, and will have a couple of workshops focused on finding balance in a connected world, circadian rhythm, and nutrition. This retreat will lean towards health & wellness with a little adventure, and a lot of nature.
