Refund Policy
Our trips are thoughtfully planned as complete experiences, and pricing reflects the full itinerary. For this reason, refunds or credits aren’t available for late arrivals, early departures, personal scheduling decisions, missed skiing, weather or condition changes, or personal dissatisfaction with specific activities. In the event a participant is injured during the Trip, refunds or credits cannot be provided.
Ethereal Wild may occasionally need to adjust the itinerary, accommodations, routes, or schedule to respond to safety considerations, weather, or logistical needs. These adjustments are always made with participant wellbeing in mind and are part of the dynamic nature of mountain travel. Such changes do not qualify for refunds, and we appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we prioritize safety and quality of experience.
Cancellations
Participants may cancel their reservation at any time by providing written notice, with acknowledgement of receipt, to Ethereal. Cancellations made 180 days or more before the Trip start date will receive a 100% refund of payments made. Cancellations made less than 180 days but more than 90 days prior to the Trip will receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 90 days before the Trip will not be refunded. All refunds will be processed in accordance with this schedule and the terms of this Agreement. For Glacier Camp there is no refund offered after December 31, 2025 (see trip insurance).
